Recently, I slapped a camera up in my truck while we stroll through my hometown taking a look at a couple of the deals I’ve put together.

Im just so freakin frustrated. Im in huntsville al I have a deal 15k or best offer for a gut job 2 bed 1 bath
package deal for 3 bed 1 bath 2bed i bath and parking lot attached 30k or best offer you can’t loose someone make me an offer.
Tell me is any one else having these problems. i find vacant properties locate the seller I call em they don’t answer i mail em they don’t respond what am i doing wrong. I have heard of a yellow letter that investors send out if any one has one or knows what to say please help. Im in huntsville and im so ready to get my first deal. hungry college student ready to make money.
