Just because you don’t see ‘em, doesn’t mean they are not gaining on you!
I hear & have read just about everything about rehab. The lastest is Armando the guy on TV. It all decent information but the truth is if you can’t find a property going at least .40 to .50 to a dollar in a decent area where people want to buy you are in trouble are gonna be. It a fact in my area of Northwest Indiana. I realize there are good spots & bad spots in different regions. But in order in my appenion if you going to move the property you have to do it as cheap as possible but with good taste and aim at the young 1st home buyer. Which means you have to look in purchasing in a middle income area. What your comments?
